Many Seniors need information on things that can make their daily lives easier. In this blog, I will share with you some valuable information on something you can do. I will also tell you where you can get some of these things for free, and what you must do to qualify for this free stuff.
I can understand how you might feel a little skeptical putting your personal information on forms on the internet.
You can check a site’s security by right clicking the green lock in the upper left-hand corner.
It will open a box showing whether or not the site is secure
One of the first things you should do is apply to organizations that do minor yard work for free for seniors or for very minimal charges.
Some Churches have volunteers to do this, the volunteers from a church in my neighborhood did window washing and cut shrubs all for free and took it away.
Contact your local block watch Community to see if they can have someone check on you occasionally.
Take daily walks just to get out of the house this can help you stay mobile. Check and see if your insurance offer SilverSneakers, that can mean a free gym membership.
You can also go to this site https://www.benefits.gov/ and answer some questions, and then submit them the site will give you details about information for more free beneficial government programs and services.
Have you looked into any of these free things to make daily living easier for you?
Did you benefit from any of this?

This is really beneficial information. Quite a number of elderly adults have trouble with mobility and some of them can no longer do some of the things they use to.
I like the idea of volunteers reaching out to seniors and helping them out in their time of need. Additionally, taking those walks can really help as well. SilverSneakers is definitely worth looking into.

Yeah, Venessa that is so true, that as we age we will have some mobility problems, and falling is the number one problem that seniors experience.
But any activity is good, it helps us keep our cognitive abilities as well. So I think young and old should at least take walks to do the minimum to stay healthy.
Thank you for visiting my site.
I hope this information is beneficial to seniors

This is very useful information for our senior citizens. Thank you for sharing. We are all aging and we are all going to get to a stage, God willing, where we will find the information your have supplied extremely useful.
The television is a wonderful companion for the elderly but there are side-affects in that the television anchors one to a couch or chair and therein lies the danger of becoming a couch potato. We need to get out-and-about and socialise with “live” people.

Hello Roy, thanks glade you found this infromation helpful.
Yea, you are right we are all going to age. And since most seniors live on a fixed income
I don’t think it will hurt to look into free things to help maximixe our fixed incomes.
Thanks Roy for visting my site.
